How do I know my size?

  • Please note that all Nabi items are compressive, meaning they are designed to fit tightly and snugly.

Are the white items see through?
  • Not at all! All of our items have a high-quality inner garment which does not only make the wearing more comfortable but is also 100% sheer-proof.
Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our office in Goyang, South Korea.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide and it's FREE for order over $149 USD. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details. If your country is not listed among the shipping destinations, feel free to contact us at info@nabipolwear.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders (Korea) typically arrive within 1–4 business days. International orders usually take 3–20 business days, though delays may occur due to customs or transit issues. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Are there additional fees for international orders?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Nabi has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that Nabi cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays that arise from customs processing. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. In the event that a parcel is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay the customs duties or clearance fees, Nabi will not issue a refund for the returned items. Additionally, any relevant expenses, including but not limited to round-trip shipping and customs fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.

Can I pickup my items instead of having them delivered?

There’s something wrong with my items!
  • Premium quality is super important for us and we want you to be able to wear your Nabi Polewear for a long time. For that reason, it’s also important to follow the care guide and wash your Nabi items by hand in cold water.
  • Please send us an email with pictures of your items, and we'll address each case individually. If the item is faulty, we will gladly exchange it. While we take great care in ensuring high-quality production, mistakes can occasionally happen. For more information please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
I ordered something and now it’s on sale, do you offer price adjustments?
